At Van H. Gilbert Architect PC, I am the CAD Manager and IT Director for a Windows 2003 client/server environment, with responsibilities for designing the corporate web site and intranet site, hardware recommendations, and software recommendations including CAD, word processing and system software. I have created and implemented online CAD standards, license monitoring, spam filtering, and have provided help desk and training services. I also provide rendering services using VizRender and Photoshop. At OWP&P, I oversaw the transition from Sigma Arris to AutoCAD drafting software, including budget and schedule development for this 280 employee firm, provided training in AutoCAD, developed AutoCAD standards, and helped to set up a training lab.
